Returns
We want you to love your Jamal Jewelry purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return unworn items in their original packaging within 7 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Items must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.

All original tags, packaging, and receipts must be included.

Custom, personalized, or final-sale items are not eligible for returns or refunds.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a defective product.

Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or product, please contact us at s.jamaljewelry@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are processed once we receive the original item.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
